Your data and its protection is a top priority for Ella. We know you have probably heard that a lot, and your data is valuable, so here is our promise, with the proof to back it up.

Ella is a part of CRIF VisionNet, a safe, trusted, and top choice provider of data enrichment and verification services, trusted by top banks and financial institutions across Ireland. Your data stored on the Ella platform is backed up and protected by CRIF VisionNet's top security systems.

All CRIF VisionNet production systems, including the Ella service, are run on Amazon Web Services (AWS). They are configured to store data on AES-256 encrypted disks, in the EU Ireland region.

Our infrastructure has been designed from the ground-up, to be fault-tolerant, and secure by design. Firewalls are in place between zones. Therefore, you can rest assured that we have put not only the necessary protections in place, but also because your data is important.

Our independent Data Protection Officer (DPO) has completed a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for the new Ella service. All requirements from that review will be implemented before production release.

CRIF VisionNet implements the majority of the policies and procedures of our parent company, CRIF S.p.A. This top level of security is why you can rely on our promise and our record of accomplishment, to know your data and information is safe and secure.

Our Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) is independently audited, and has most recently received a rating of 'Excellent'.
